The Corporate area is highly capacitated to offer consulting services related to the entire process of Mergers and Acquisitions of companies, including alienations, incorporations and both company and financial restructuring.
The team for the area of Investment Funds in Creditory Rights (FIDC), responsible for the structuring and management of the first multi-sector fund in Brazil, also similarly mediates in a range of Funds of this type (FIDCs).
To lend the widest range of financial advice in terms of macro and micro economics, including selection strategies and negotiation, centralization and orientation of all the relative work involved in Structured Operations of Project Finance and Capitalization; this is the area and scope within which the Project Structuring team operates.
