It is not permitted for any member of staff to have a position in any derivatives or options market.
All telephone calls are recorded.
All information about clients is treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
All financial liquidations can only be made by the clients themselves, via Available Electronic Transfer (Transferência Eletrônica Disponível or TED). Payments by third parties are not accepted.
The use of mobile phones on the operating desk and in meeting rooms is strictly prohibited.
